Basketball training aids

That is a true thing which i have experienced first hand from playing in many basketball leagues in my youth, adulthood and also coaching youth teams.
In my High School years i became the player that was known for my defense, that the coaches put into the game to create turnovers and make stops on the defensive side. I learned many different things from my coaches, other players.
I've also found that a good resource to turn to were books Written on drills that you may perform by yourself or with others.
Recently I've found a new eBook by Derek Kellogg - Umass Head Coach, It is filled with rich knowledge from a College head coach who has seen many things and in a position to share tips/drills from his experience as a Coach.
